If there’s one thing that’s sure is that there probably isn’t a single person in this world that hasn’t heard of Facebook. And it’s no wonder since it is one of the most popular social media platforms in the universe.

You Can Hide Comments On It
Not everything is just peachy on this social media platform. At times, all of us receive some comments that are not the most appealing and pleasant to see, so it’s much better to get rid of them than to allow them to upset us.
Am I right? Out of sight, out of mind is a much better option sometimes. Fortunately, hiding comments on Facebook is far from a complex task. All you have to do is to find the unwanted comment, select the three dots on its right-hand side, and voila, you can hide it! A piece of cake!
What About a Friends List?
Speaking of hiding things on Facebook, did you know that you can also hide your friends list? Back in the day, everyone was able to see the Friends section on a person’s profile, but luckily, you can hide it with just a few simple steps:
- Open your profile
- Select Friends that’s beneath your cover photo
- Go to the top of the page and choose Edit Privacy that’s on the dropdown menu
- Pick an audience (referring to your friends or the public) so you can determine who is going to be able to see your friend list on your profile
Millions And Millions Of Pictures Are Posted Daily
I know that Instagram and many other platforms have taken over the world in the past several years and according to some statistics have become even more popular than this one, however, this most definitely doesn’t mean that Facebook isn’t still high in demand.
On the contrary. What may shock you right now is the fact that every single day, roughly 350 million pictures are posted on this social media platform. And that’s without a doubt a staggering number!
How did we get to this number? Namely, according to several reports, approximately 250 billion photographs have been posted on Facebook, which leads us to conclude that 350 million of them are being posted on a daily basis. Unbelievable!
“Like” Was Supposed To Be “Awesome”!
Andrew Bosworth, a Facebook engineer stated that he and other engineers wanted to introduce to the world the so-called “Awesome” button (which does sound amazing, I must admit), however, Zuckerberg wasn’t too fond of this idea.
In fact, he was far from thrilled. That’s precisely one of the reasons he decided to use “Like” instead which didn’t receive an enthusiastic response from his team members.
