Who really Asoka is?

As a UK Chartered Engineer with a US Doctorate in Business Strategy, I do strategic planning and corporate training. As an award-winning Author, Media advertiser, Brand marketer, and Filmmaker, I help people develop their inborn creativity. As a Master of the Chinese martial art T’ai Chi Ch’uan and Himalayan energy techniques, I help people reach higher levels of success by unleashing their potential. As a thought leader in Human Potential Development, I have made keynote speeches and presentations at 13 international conferences in Australia, Poland, Malaysia, India and Sri Lanka, and won the 2017 Global Training and Development Leadership Award and the 2015 Asia-Pacific Award for Outstanding Contribution to HR. Looking and acting 20 years younger than my age, I help people reverse ageing and stay naturally healthy without drugs. My self-coaching book, Flying Penguin: How to create miracles in your life using the six dimensions of success, presents a blend of Modern Science and Ancient Wisdom. That’s how it became an Award-winning Finalist at the 2016 International Book Awards and 2016 Readers’ Favourite Awards.

What is www.the6dimensions.com?

www.the6dimensions.com is my popular website and blog with many articles that explain how to achieve higher levels of success. It presents my holistic 6-dimensional model of success and leadership symbolised by Heart, Mind, Body, Passion, Focus, and Health. It includes replays of my interviews on 10 American talk shows.

What are the factors contributing to be a successful individual in the world according to your point of view?

Success is founded on six holistic dimensions symbolised by Heart (emotional intelligence, love and caring), Mind (rational, creative & spiritual intelligence), Body (houses all energy centres called Chakras), Passion (the fire within that fuels success), Focus (resolve to reach goals despite setbacks), and Health (natural health without any drugs).

Finally a word of advice for the younger generation as a motivational/sales trainer, author and keynote speaker.

Keep away from all forms of processed food and drinks that are the cause of every illness. Eat lots of fresh fruits and raw vegetables. Let your body heal itself, instead of depending on modern drugs that ruin your immune system. If really needed, use herbal or homeopathic medicines. Exercise your body and mind, use your smartphone only when needed, and enjoy life by balancing rational and creative activities.
