Malted milk is a beverage that I’ve thoroughly enjoyed.  Personally as a child I didn’t like the taste of milk. I felt as if it needed more flavour and substance. Therefore I started using malt flavour in my milk as a kid and since then until today, before I go to bed I drink a glass of milk with malt. You might now wonder if there’s any benefit you reap out of drinking malt? And there is defiantly. I sleep well and wake up feeling energised and I can manage my day without feeling lethargic and energy zapped. I also drank malted milk throughout my pregnancy. The taste of milk made me feel nauseate. So I tried drinking two glasses of milk with added malt and trust me. It gave me so much energy when as a pregnant woman, I highly needed at that time. It didn’t make me feel queasy or irritable which at the time seemed so far of a state of mind to achieve.  So this is my personal experience with malt infused milk.
